i am having serious gastrointestinal issues at the moment myself(severe gas)and I don't know the cause, but this is interesting because I drink milk all the time and if I am not directly consuming milk I am sure I am eating some product that does contain milkbecause a vast majority of neccessary foods contain milk.my dilemma is how are people serioulsy going to avoid drinking milk or products that contain milk ?
