she was lip sycning the high notes at around 1:58 they sounds EXACTLY the same as the studio version. and the camera went off her as she sang. anyway the song was recorded in 1995. thats 13 years ago. your voice changes over time you cant expect her to sing great. have you heard madonna sing her old songs she sounds crap. anyway she can still sing but not as good as she used to.

Well as I know, you can't hit super high notes anytime, you need lot of rest and a clear mind, no stress and things like that because that affects your voice. Mariah can't sing those whistle notes anytime, I saw some performances where she changed the high note.
