I was about 10 when we filmed this (I was Hailey) "Kelsey" and I never really kept in contact and we never thought that we would really talk. but then this past weekend we were both in the National American Miss Pageant and with in 10 seconds of seeing each other for the first time that weekend we realized that we had worked together and started screaming, hugging. Now we are really good friends, and so are our moms :) If we hadn't done this job together that I would have never met "Kelsey"

I think it's an excellent illustration of how customer relations should be. If you don't in a company that gets it the way these kids do, you won't last much longer.
